Calendar 2017, what a story. As I already mentioned before, with having no pictures for this year’s calendar, thanks to Frank, we were a bit behind schedule. Anyway we did not expect to have problems with printing companies. Last year we were happy with the quality, that’s why we ordered a test calendar with the same company. Although the colors looked nice, the test print we received unfortunately didn’t have the glossy finish we expected. That’s why we tried a few Czech printing companies. Obviously, their printers are not able to print the colors correctly. As you can see on the pictures, my skin had all colors except the correct color. From grey, green, yellow to red, but nothing natural. We had to give up on this solution. In the end we decided to place the order at the German company, as last year with special request for high gloss finishing. Once the order was placed, they informed us that they do not deliver to Czech. What a surprise. We had to ask a friend in Germany, if we can send it to him, but DPD was not able to deliver it since last week. On Monday Im going personally to DPD Berlin to pick them up and I hope no more suprises will come.
