This was really a special coffee break. During our trip to Bali, we decided to spend one day with something really exciting. First part of this exciting day will come to diary bit later. Luwak coffee was a name of one of our stops during this day trip. Did you ever heart about it? It was not only about coffee, we got to try also lots of different type of tea. But the coffee was very unusual to try. Especially if they tell you, before you try it, that this coffee is actually made from poop of Luwak animal. Well yes, somebody had such an idea ? Anyway, it was not that bad. I just could not drink much knowing the process. Other type of coffee we got for example: coconut coffee, peanut coffee, vanilla coffee,….I know you can get such coffee anywhere, but this one tasted so non chemical. Amazing. I don’t remember all the types of tea we got to try, I know there was lemongrass for example. It was a small tour thru jungle, with Luwak animals in the cages. They were talking about the process during the walk. In the end you could try their products. It was lovely place to sit and enjoy coffee and tea. It was so quiet. So peaceful. Except the rat I saw ?
