Couple of days ago, I had the honour to visit Runnerslab in Belgium. This store is absolutely perfect for those who love running. They measure your feet in every way possible, including the way of running. You have to run over a special path with censors so they can see the way your foot moves and where the support of your shoes needs to be adjusted to offer the best support / results as possible. As you can see on the picture of the “analysis” , my feet was falling bit on the front side and bit to the middle. It’s where the red part is. The man said it happens a lot to people who are more flexible. The red spots should be supported than. I was choosing from 6 shoes, which solves my “problem”. In the end, I did last a test run to see, if the shoes really supports where they should. I picked two pairs. One on the left, is for faster but shorter run, the pair on the right is for long but very comfortable run. It feels like running on cushions.
